Maqroll the Gaviero is a adventure character created by the Colombian writer Alvaro Mutis, a man that navegates the world triying to get the best of crazy bussines ideas that always some how goes wrong…this painting by Marcelo Rodriguez titled “Memoirs of Maqroll the Gaviero” has been selected by the Plaistow neghbourhood comunity to be part of the murals that are coming along in the Barbers alley in Plaistow, it would be part of a extended area full of murals that the Barbers Alley is bringing recently since the first mural painted by Indra Gavenaite last year.
Many different artist will join along the alley during the year…It promises to be an spectacular street art- outdoors venue, no just for art but maybe giving a help to the local economy as a space forcrafts and flowers market.
